Very Nice!! And located in a quiet safe neighborhood 2 minutes from the Bay. This house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying out next to the pool out back. Or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. We are located deep in the woods on a river canal. Cozy Treetop Cabin with everything furnished except clothes and food. Come enjoy the wildlife, fishing and kayaking. We are 30 minutes to the beautiful beaches and Pier Park North in Panama City Beach, Florida with all the entertainment. We are out of hustle bustle of traffic. West end off hwy 79. Enjoy both!!! If you are wanting the beaches only, you may not like the drive each day, but if you like off the beaten path, it’s for you. There are 4 miles of dirt road in the middle of paved road coming in and going out. We also have 3 natural springs within an hours drive that are wonderful to explore. We have DirecTv and WiFi available on property but due to our area, sometimes times not very good. So if you need to work, I would suggest closer to town. There will be an area driving into camp that has a dead zone as well. We do have great accommodations for 2 and smaller children but could get tight for more. Only 4 to a cabin is comfortable. Our condo is located in the preferred building, Tower I, the most centralized on the Edgewater properties which has the best views of the pool and beach, and the easiest access to the property amenities. In addition to the regular downstairs balcony, the huge private 22ftx24ft upper deck is perfect for personal sunbathing or sleeping outside under the stars (we recommend a blow-up mattress:) This unit is fully furnished so make yourself at home and experience paradise without leaving the property! And the water’s why they call this the Emerald Coast. The MASTER BEDROOM has a giant sized king bed decorated in kind of a tropical style. Of course there’s a TV so that you can relax while the kid’s are napping. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious walk-in closets. You even have high speed internet access that’s easily accessed from the MASTER BEDROOM. And the Master Bath is good sized with a garden tub, big enough to spend some time in. The 2nd BEDROOM has a Queen bed and Twin Bunk Bed plenty of room for the kids. And lots of other stuff. The KITCHEN area’s big enough to fix a meal but it doesn’t eat up all the space. Only 4 mi from Hathaway Bridge, just a short drive to the Beaches and St Andrews State Park. Just a short drive to St Andrews Bay and boat launch at Carl Gray Park. Perfect home for Healthcare providers as we are close by to both Hospitals. 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 trundle, 2 full baths, garage is not available for the rental. It is locked out for the owners use. Room for several cars in driveway and 2 spots on street. I will not be far, easy to reach and neighbors are friendly, too. Pets negotiable.

Welcome to the "River Shack" If you are looking for a comfy, cozy, cabin in the woods by a River - you have found it! This place is located at Steelfield Fish Camp.. it is a Fish Camp established in the 1950's with lots of character and charm! It is an eclectic mix of older "fish-camp's" and newer nicer homes, but lots of GREAT folks who will welcome you with open arms. There is access to the boat ramp for a $2 ramp fee. Bring your jet ski's, bass boat's and buggies to ride the roads and the rivers. There is also an RV power hook up if you want to bring a camper. The house is simple and cozy, you will LOVE the screened porch, and it does have wifi! The fishing is AWESOME, and you can fish fresh water river or salt water bay on the same trip! The location is just 20 minutes or so to Pier Park and the World's Most Beautiful Beaches (traffic dependent), and you can access the Choctowhatchee Bay in about 20 min from the boat ramp. There is a great restaurant at the foot of the Hwy 331 Bridge that is a very nice 30 min boat ride away. Location is also only 15 min from Latitude Margaritaville, the newest 55 plus community in Florida. The road to the River Shack is 11 miles off Hwy 79, most is paved with exception of a 3 mile stretch - but it is well maintained and should be no problem unless it is very rainy, in which case it is better to have a truck. The boardwalk down to the river was damaged by a recent flood and not available at this time, but the view off the screened porch of the swamp is still amazing!
